A Ghost of Airplay Past

So as I try and gather my thoughts, chords, and vocal parts for the Uranium Daughters recording session this Sunday somehow the past keeps catching up with me. John Peel has posted:

When the Fertile Virgin single came out I remember Tim Alborn of Harriet Records showing us a letter from a fan in Scotland that said John Peel had played Lucky Day on the BBC. Yesterday this broadcast clip made it's way to me, and yes the audio is atrocious but it was fun to hear the real deal.

Over the years John Peel played some of my other releases as well and it is sad to realize he has been gone almost 10 years.  But it's good to know you can still have the dead in your corner.

In his honor, I post another FV song from the same Eleventh Dream Day show as last time. The song is called Dum Dum, the flipside of Lucky Day.
